access exchange mailbox from pop3 client other than outlook -

i want access exchange mailbox using pop client thunderbird, everytime log in, error logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. checked pop settings on ecp , enabled, made sure exchange pop service , running , plaintextlogin enabled. kindly appreciated

i found solution issue, exchange not support unsecured connection, solve issue need set connection security "ssl/tls" , authentication method "standard password" though enabled plaintextlogin hth
